Section 24 of the Aquaculture and Fisheries (Scotland) Act 2013 amends the 2003 Act to place a number of new duties on DSFBs relating to openness and accountability. The new section 46D requires a District Salmon Fishery Board to maintain, and keep under review, proper arrangements for dealing with complaints, who may make them and record keeping.
In response to the new duties and in line with our policy to be as open as possible about the way we conduct our business, the Ness District Salmon Fishery Board has produced the following Complaints procedure which will be regularly reviewed:
